Master Chow has been teaching Seven Star Praying Mantis for over 50 years.  Master Chow is currently for President of  the International Confederation of Praying Mantis martial Arts Organizations.  Master Chow is also the President of the Canadian Kung Fu and Martial Arts Organizations.
