I am a Peterborough native who is married to wife Krista and have a three-year-old son Clayton. I was fortunate enough to have played my junior hockey career in my hometown of Peterborough between 1990 and 1994. Also played on the Canadian National Junior team in 1993 and 1994 winning gold medals both years. Was voted captain of the 1994 team unanimously by my teammates. Went on to play professionally for eight years.

Was drafted to the NHL by the Vancouver Canucks in 1992 and played with their AHL affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch for three years. Then spent 5 years playing in the German Elite League (DEL) before retiring.

In life, as in sport it is vital that a good plan is in place and that goals are set. I take the time to understand the needs and goals of each of my clients to ensure that we are doing the right thing for them.
