What is it? I picked this up with a bunch of other stuff that seems to phone related. the model number is KS-22601 L1 Test set mfd by Telex comunications Inc. Inventory control stickers are from Western Electric, Pacific Telephone, AT&T.
I got a bunch of nixi tubes in the bunch too, some Tecktronics PS6201 probes, and misc parts all $50. If you see a self storage lot having a "yard sale"(abandond stuff) check it out, I have had chances a few times to get some good stuff but didn't have money at the time
