Any item, part, repair, software, hardware or media sold by Global Communications Group is guaranteed for one year from date of sales invoice.
Excluded from these are sales on an AS IS, WHERE IS, SALVAGE, or CORE understanding at time of purchase.
Excluded also also is damage due to electrical storms, floods, other natural phenomena, end user abuse or tampering.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Identify item in question by Global Communications Group invoice.
2) Send back item under warranty with invoice number and description of problem.

Global Communications Group RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Identify item in question by Global Communications Group invoice.
2) Verify warranty status.
3) If warranty is in effect, Global Communications Group will replace the item free of charge, or, at its option, issue a credit towards future purchase.
