Dear Manager,

As listed on my resume, my work skills include data entry, alphabetical and numerical filing, photocopying, typing skills, and an affinity for detail, and previous experience in various hob positions. In addition, all my previous jobs have involved public contact. As a result I feel comfortable dealing with people on many different levels. I consider myself a high-energy person and I feel I could contribute to your organization.

 

For the past year, I have had several computer and business classes at Victor Valley High School that have provided me the opportunity to learn several software applications. I am active with the computer club and am responsible for the equipment maintenance in the Business department. I acquire supervisory and organizational skills.

 

I believe I have the necessary abilities for a position with you firm and would appreciate it if you would consider me as a candidate for your staff.
