ZDSBot
This is a very good bot. Its easy to setup becuz of the self configurator. It supports Diablo II, Warcraft II, and Starcraft hashes.
I am currently running ZDS build 2090 (manually configured) under a d2 hash and am having no problems this bot comes highly recommended

Another very good bot. This bot is holding both ops positions in our clan channel. It only supports starcraft though.
Rail Bot
This bot is easily configured with a very easy to use GUI (graphical user interface). I was running this bot on d2 until i discovered the ease of zds.
