Catt Stark has been involved with tattooing since 1978 when he got his first tattoo.
Ever since then his Love for the art has taken him beyond his wildest imagination. He never thought that he would become the award winning artist he is today. He believes that making the right decision in your choice of tattoos is one of the most important things you can do in life. He invites you to come to the studio and share in his imagination for your next tattoo. After owning his own studio in California for several years he decided to move back to what he considers his “Home” Colorado Springs in 1997.

Minor Information
We do Tattoos on minors age 16 and up with proper ID and parental consent. All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, and both must provide proper ID. At the studio, the minor will fill out a release form, and the parent fills out a consent form. We then will copy both IDs onto the backs of the forms.
What counts as a proper ID?
Any State or federal picture ID, such as a permit, drivers liscense, military ID or passport.
A birth certificate PLUS a photo ID (like a school ID)
We will not preform any procedures on any minors without the proper consent paperwork and identification from both parent and minor. In some cases where the last names don't match, we need either proof of legal guardianship (adoption papers) or a birth certificate (with the parent's last name, and the child's last name on it.) We do understand that it can be inconvienant to come up with all this proof that your child is actually you're child, but we take precautions to keep your kid's 'favorite aunt' from signing for you. Please understand that we're looking out for you and your kids, and we don't do this to make life difficult for you.
