My Own Personal Hole in the Ground

A young man was walking along a country road when he came to a small farm. Standing in a field next to the road was a pig with only three legs instead of four. Intrigued, the young man visited the farmer and inquired as to the missing leg. The farmer looked him up and down and cleared his throat. "Well," says the farmer; "Let me tell you something about that pig. That there is the smartest pig you ever saw in your life, boy. That pig talks, it can drive a truck, and he's great with the kids; keeps a watch on 'em while I'm out in the fields. Why, just a few days ago he rescued my youngest from drowning!" "That's amazing," the young man exclaims. "But what about the missing leg?" The farmer stares at him for a long time, then answers calmly, "Well, ya don't eat a pig like THAT all at once, boy!"
