Favourite musicians: most jazz/rock/blues/alternative music, Paco de Lucia and friends, anybody who plays the guitar very fast.
Favourite classical composers: Vivaldi, Rodrigo and Albeniz.
Favourite films: Black & white Alice in the Wonderland with Ravi Shankar on the sitar, Seven Years in Tibet, Last Emperor, Buena Vista Social Club, Blue Lagoon, Monterey Pop.
Favourite book: the Karma Sutra.
Favourite dream travel destinations: India - maybe Nepal after all machinegun-wielding princes have been locked up. Ideally on a magic carpet, but life's not ideal and sometimes you've got to settle for a plane ticket. Places with fish. Also anywhere in Europe, especially Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece.
Favourite sports: Track and field, swimming, cycling, sailing, windsurfing, mountaineering, most things involving going underwater, in the water or on the water, all kinds of racing and anything that involves going fast.
Ideal date: ah, email me.
Other hobbies? Photography. CDs. Clubbing. Organizing concerts. Art. People. Coffee.
