Scientific Creationism
Henry Morris (1924-2006), an engineering professor devised the strategy and helped write the textbook “Scientific Creationism”.
Scientific creationism was flawed for two reasons:
- The Earth is 4.6 billion year old. The creationists according to the bible place its age at between 6000 and 10000 years.
- Species were not created suddenly or simultaneously. There is evidence that species change over time and fossils illustrate large morphological transformations.
