Ordering

Ordering Info:
Either pay though Papal directly OR
Fill out an Headband Request order form and email it to me:

Special orders are dealt with on a case to case basis, so let me know what you need and I'll tell the cost and estimated time.

     You receive an order confirmation with the final cost.  I will ship your order upon full payment.  Please allow at least 2 weeks from the time you send a request to the time you receive your order (depends on shipping).  Add another week if you pay by check.

Refunds and Exchanges

At this time, I am unable to refund your purchase for cash.  If the product is defective or breaks, I am willing to repair if for only the price of shipping.  I am also willing to do an equal exchange of products for the price of shipping if you are unhappy with what you receive.  There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom orders, only repairs.
