Latias en Latios zijn net als de Legendarishe honden uit G/S/C. Nadat je de Pokemon Leage hebt gewonnen komt een van de twee willekeurig voor op plaatsen. In Ruby is dat Latios en in Sapphire Latias. Beide Pokemon zitten op level 40 en vluchten zo snel mogelijk als je ze tegenkomt dus je moet ze snel tegen houden. Met Mean Look kan dit of je kunt meteen je Masterball gooien.

Latias (vrouwelijk)

Dit is de eerste Legendary Pokemon met een geslacht. Kewl!
