Logan North - he is currently the Leader of the Sleuths Agency in Atlanta, Georgia.

Toni McIver - she once worked for a independent detective agency, until she was approached by Logan North who asked her to join Sleuths.  She is also the older sister of Samantha McIver.

Kyle Weston - he worked as a Detective in Birmingham, Alabama for over fifteen years, but after tragedy struck him and his family he gave up on his career.  After two years of having various jobs, he's back and ready to get back into the swing of things.

Hope Watson - she has been tormented by Romeo, a serial killer, for over 5 years.  But, now after he has killed her twin sister, Faith, she is ready more than ever to bring Romeo to justice.

Jason Arquette - he has been a Sleuth for a little over four years.  He was a police officer for the Atlanta PD for eight years prior to joining Sleuths.

Samantha McIver - she's a psychic, and she has only recently joined the Sleuths Agency in Atlanta, Georgia.  Before coming to Atlanta she was a part of the Paranormal Sleuths Agency in Salem, Massachusetts.  She is also the younger sister of Toni McIver.  

Shane McDuffie - he is a scientist that works in the Sleuths Crime Lab.

Miranda Douglas - she is the eccentric DNA Specialist for the Sleuths Crime Lab.

Clint Hudson - he is a scientist that works in the Sleuths Crime Lab.  He hopes to one day become a Sleuth.

Christopher Grant (Romeo) - he is the serial killer Romeo, who also happens to be an FBI agent.  No wonder he has been so hard to apprehend. 

Faith Watson - is the insane twin sister of Hope, who was supposedly killed by Romeo three years ago.  But, instead of killing her Romeo brainwashed her into helping him killer twin Hope.
