DF SPORTS Professional Wrestling course is structured to provide the building blocks for you to become fundamentally sound in all aspects of the business. You are taught not only "the moves", but you are taught about the "business" of professional wrestling. At the beginning of each class, all the students perform drills which will sharpen your skills, get you in ring conditioning, and help you learn ring positioning. This all aids in helping you work a well
executed wrestling match every time you perform.

The trainers will start you with the basics (lock ups, head locks, running the ropes, etc.), then the reversals to the basic moves. You will then move into running "spots" (tackle-dropdown-hip toss-arm drag sequence). After learning the basic holds and spots, the big moves are taught (suplexes). Now you are ready to learn the most important part of professional wrestling, psychology. While learning psychology (telling a story with your body), you will
start to put all your basics together and wrestle matches. Next
is the advancement to tag team and 3 way matches.

After graduating, you will move into the ranks of DCW shows.
