It's been a good month for working on my Adventurer project. Let's start by showing the extent of the current bodywork. The whole rear end of the car is in epoxy primer, and the front still wears the gray coat from the spray cans I've been using as I go.


I previously showed you the stripped hood. Here's how it turned out painted. It's almost as good as the original factory paint in 1957, but it's a FAR CRY from a good, high-bucks, custom paint job.


Here's how the interior looks as of today.


Now for the BEST PART. I think my last pictures showed the engine being installed into the car. I have completed that, and have it completely assembled and running! Many thanks to my neighbor SCOTT GIBSON, who helped me play with the engine to coax it to run for the first time since 1972!
