Today I installed the passenger side rocker panel. It needed some persuasion to fit decently. I cut out the old one with an air nibbler, then painted the inside of the body cavity and the back of the replacement rocker with no-rust paint. Then I welded and riveted the new one in place. I dropped off the heads at the machine shop, and hope to pull the engine next weekend for a rebuild (I haven't been able to get it "free" even after soaking it for a month).

One of the pictures below shows a series of brackets I made to hold the grille and the parking lights in place. The originals were too far gone to restore. The valance panel (shows within the oval of the front bumper) is pictured primed, but has since been painted the correct Argent. It was pretty rusty, but came out surprisingly well!

I also finished the passenger's side valve cover, and a whole bunch of other parts not pictured (I showed the driver's side valve cover in previous pictures).
