There were 3 1957 DeSotos at the convention this year. Four Adventurers were scheduled but only two made the show. There was also one Firedome Sportsman on-site and another that registered but didn’t appear.

This is Larry Wobbe’s Adventurer convertible, surely one of the nicest around. It won “Best of the Class” this year (and last year in New Orleans).

I drove our Adventurer hardtop. We didn’t have it judged.

Here are a couple of pictures of the 1957s and 1958s lined up. There was also a ’58 Adventurer parked away from the rest, in the “Winner’s Circle” since it won First Place last year.
