Reservations The deadline for reservations for the banquet and/or lodging is 15 April 2003. If you want to participate, RSVP with the Alumni Committee at biofak2003@hotmail.com by April 15th and send a check by the end of the month. In your email please tell us if you want to stay at the hotel and/or attend the banquet, your graduation year and names of the family members, who will accompany you, or your preferred roommate if any. Let us know if you have any children under age 10 attending a banquet or breakfast (you will pay half the price). Payments must be received by the Alumni Committee by April 30 2003. On that day, the money along with the rooming list will be sent to the hotel. Checks should be made payable to the Biofak Alumni Association and mailed to
Dinner banquet: Adult: $35.00; Teenager < 21 years old: $20.00; Child < 10 years old: $10.00 Breakfast buffet: Adult: $8.00; Child: $4.00 Rooms: Adult: $60.00 per room per day (double occupancy); child < 21 years old: + $5.00 You can stay for one or two days at a discounted rate of $60.00 per day. If you want to stay longer or have any specific questions, you can contact the hotel directly at 304-535-2132 or 800-338-8319. Examples: Single person (two days): $120 (room) + $35 (banquet) = $155Couple: $120 (room) + $70 (banquet) = $190 Family with one child: $130 (room) + $80 (banquet) = $210Family with 2 children: $140 (room) + $90 (banquet) = $220 Single person with 1 child: $120 (room) + $45 (banquet) = $165
