Beer Reviews: Cask-Conditioned Beers

Cask-conditioned beers, which are usually ales, are more of an English style of beer. They are, however, starting to pop up across the pond in the U.S. Since they are dispensed without using carbonation pressure, these brews usually have a smoother taste than the non-cask-conditioned version of the same beer.

Cask-Conditioned Potomac Pale Ale (Rock Bottom)

Cask-Conditioned Snake River Pale Ale (Sweet Water)
