| For everyone who is not a fan of the dragonball series...let me lay it down for you. The story of dragonball is the brain child of the one known as Akira Toriyama a Japanese comic book creator. The first series Dragonball began as a comic book,but after many succesfull years they turned this beautifully design manga into a cartoon. Several years passsed with this and the series turned into Dragonball Z a spin off show following the same characters through later years. When the Dragonball Z series was done with Akira Toriyama quit his job of a disigner of the series as the companies which now owned Dragonball series continued the series in Dragonball GT. Enough history...The dragonball series is about a young boy named Goku who is extremely talented and extremely always in danger. The dragonball Z series is more about Goku's friends and family.(He is now an adult). Goku still fights in this series as much as everyone else and he is stiull the best, but this time the series isnt directly based on him. Thusly this gives his character numerous options as he can now be sent to the next dimension (Die) for quite some time while the rest of the characters live on. As for the Dragonballl GT series... Ths series is not one of Akira Toriyamas creations, but as much as it saddens me to say this it wwas not one of the bettter series. GT is when goku is much older (God...he looks the same tough). This series is also gokucentric (Made that word up myself :-( ). This series is pretty mixed up and it opens several plot holes in the original dragonball plots, but thats ok because dragonball is dragonball and this show still ROCKS! |
