Treasurer is the most responsible job on the Executive as it deals solely with the monies of the Society.

The Treasurer is responsible for writing the budget for the Society and trying to maintain an active fund throughout the year. All monies given to the Society (including membership) should be paid through the Treasurer.

If a transaction of the Society requires use of funds then the Treasurer should be informed and should be a signatory in such transactions.
