Chapter 13

"I'd like two seats on your next flight." Alexis stated as she approached the ticket counter.

"Our next flight is headed for London England, is that alright?"

"Yes that's fine."

After paying for the tickets Alexis headed towards the washrooms to find Jillian. She was a little concerned that she wasn't back yet but figured there must have been a long line. However as she entered the nearly empty room Jillian was nowhere to be seen.

"Jillian?" She called out but there was no reply. "Excuse me," she said turning to a young woman, "have you seen a young girl in here, 11 years old with brown hair and eyes?"

"No I'm sorry I haven't," the woman replied.

Alexis was now starting to panic, where on earth could she be? She began walking through the airport questioning people at random. Finally she made her way to the security desk.

"You have to help me, my daughter is missing."

"Jax what do you mean it was your DNA?" Kristina asked but he wasn't listening.

"He had to have switched the results, he had to have," he kept repeating in a daze.

"Jax listen to me, you've got to help me, Alexis took off and we need to bring her back." This finally seemed to snap Jax into reality.

"Where is she Kristina?"

"She went to the airport but I'm not sure where she was planning on going."

"Come on." Jax said grabbing Kristina and heading out the door.

"Are you Ms. Davis by any chance?" the man behind the counter asked giving Alexis an accusing look.

"Yes," she replied thoroughly confused.

"Come with me please" the man said walking down a long hallway with offices on either side. Alexis had to run to keep up.

"Wait, my daughter..."

"Is fine. Please come with me and you can see for yourself."

Alexis was led into a large office where a balding middle age man behind a desk asked her to take a seat.

"Listen..." Alexis began "I don't know what this is all about but I want to see my daughter, now."

"Of course," he motioned to the man who had led Alexis into the office and a minute later Jillian was brought in. She walked into the room slowly not taking her eyes off the floor and Alexis recognized the look right away, it was guilt.

"What did you do?" She asked Jillian trying to remain calm.

"Now wait just a minute ma'am, after what you've done to this child I don't think it's fair to accuse her just because she told the truth." the man behind the desk rushed to Jillians defense.

"What on earth are you talking about?" Alexis asked even more confused.

"Your daughter has told us everything about the fight you had with her father and your intention to flee the country with her denying the father his legal rights. The child has called her father and he is on his way," he continued.

Alexis sat in shocked silence convinced that Jillian had somehow found out about Danniel and the test result. She soon realized how wrong she was when the door opened a few minutes later when the last person on earth she expected walked into the room.

"Daddy!" Jillian shouted as she jumped into the arms of Sonny Corinthos.

Had Alexis regained her ability to speak she would have been silenced again by Jillians actions. Sonny on the other hand did not seem at all surprised by Jillians behavior, in fact he was playing along.

"Hello sweety," he said giving her a hug.

"What are you doing here?" Alexis asked still not certain she wasn't dreaming his presence.

"Keeping you from making a big mistake," he replied looking deep into your eyes.

"Maam please hear him out, he is after all the childs father, surely he has some rights." The man behind the desk said giving Sonny a sympathetic look. Things were getting out of control but she would soon put an end to that.

"He," she said glaring at Sonny, "is NOT the childs father." Sonny let out a slight gasp.

"Sweetheart how can you say such a thing and right in front of our daughter, do you want her to get a complex?"

The man behind the desk feeling great sympathy for Sonny once again tried to help.

"Maam your husband is trying, can't you do the same." Alexis sat down staring at the man before her wondering what had happened to the sane rational life she once had.

"He is not my husband!" she yelled. Once again Sonny displayed a perfect combination of hurt and shock.

"I know you're upset with me angel," he stated, "but is that any reason to throw away fifteen years of marriage and a beautiful child created from our love?" As if on cue Jillian grabbed Sonny's hand and asked

"Is Mom going to divorce us Daddy?"

"Oh this is really enough" Alexis stated "Can we please get out of here?" she asked Sonny who was obviously in control of the situation.

"My wife has agreed to return home with me." Sonny stated triumphantly, "I trust we're free to leave."

"Of couse sir goodbye sir." the man said shaking Sonny's hand profusely. He shot Alexis one last disapproving look as she left his office.

Alexis was going to kill Sonny Corinthos, she just needed to wait for the right time and place. Since this obviously wasn't it she contented herself with giving him the silent treatment as they walked through the airport. Eventually she noticed that they were not headed towards the parking lot and so she was forced to break her silence.

"Where are we going?" she asked.

"I have a business associate I just flew in and I thought we couldd meet him at the plane, unless you object." Having already broken her silence once and determined not to do it again Alexis merely nodded.

Jax and Kristina arrived at the airport and went to the ticket counter, "Have you seen this woman?" he asked holding up a photo of Alexis that he carried in his wallet.

"Are you the police?" the woman asked suspiciously.

"Please she had my daughter with her." Jax stated knowing it was the only way he would get the information he needed but also wondering if it were somehow the truth.

"She bought two tickets to London England, but you won't catch them the flight left ten minutes ago," the lady confided reluctantly. Jax pulled out his phone.

"Get the jet ready."

"All right where is this business associate" Alexis asked suspiciously as she entered the plane. Sonny ignored the question.

"Sit down Alexis, relax. Can I get you a drink?" Before she could answer the pilots voice came on the intercom,

>"We will be taking off in just a few minutes Mr Corinthos please make sure that everyone is seated."

"Sonny what's going on?" Alexis asked nervously.

Sonny looked over at Jillian who was fastening her seat belt and grinned then looked back to Alexis. "I'm kidnapping you." he replied casually.
