Chivalry Day / Reward the Chivalrous Day

Ah, Chivalry Day. Finally a day to celebrate that I can be proud of. (Not) the Atomic Playboy and Aggroman both fervently argued for this holiday's inception, as guys need to learn the code of chivalry. I believe it to be a requirement in modern society, since most other moral and ethical codes are being eviscerated as we speak...So today is a day when all male JELLO Brothers act chivalrous. Unfortunately, many of the JELLO Brothers missed the whole point of Chivalry Day, in demanding another holiday the following day: Reward the Chivalrous Day.

Reward the Chivalrous Day completely defeats the purpose of Chivalry Day, in that if you are truly chivalrous, then you don't ask to be rewarded for it, but, in order to have Chivalry Day accepted as a holiday, we had to make this holiday as well, or neither would have gone through. So today is when all the pseudo-chivalrous expect some sort of compensation for their "gentlemanly" acts of "kindness". Which, it may not surprise you, makes Aggroman sick to his stomach.
