The teacher droned on. And on. About the project that was due in a week.
A week That was too far to worry about now, wasn't it? Anything could happen in a week, couldn't it? Besides, there was plenty of time to get to it.
"I want you to split this project into parts and meet interim deadlines," the teacher said. " For tomorrow, do some preliminary research and writing."
Finally the bell rang.
