Particles (chum)

This mix of small particles is the one that Nigel used to help him become North American Carp Champion in 1998. Lots of small goodies to keep the carp in front of you and searching for food!! To prepare, just add boiling water, it's that simple.

Dried chick peas and black eye peas. Just add boiling water and flavor if you wish to produce fantastic carp baits. One or two chicks fished on a hair rig will produce screaming takes. Black eye peas tempted a 39lb Common carp for Nigel. Chick & black eye peas also make good chum and a good supplement when fishing boilies.

This as a very hard bait that needs a fair amount of prep, but the rewards will make it worth while. These dried tiger nuts need to be soaked in water for a day then boilied for an hour. A great cold weather and after dark bait that is best fished on one of our hair rigs.
