The guys got back around 2:30 p.m. "You guys are still here!" Nick said hugging Vanessa.
"Of course, where would we go?" she said.
"We thought you'd go shopping or sight seeing or something," A.J said.
"Nope. We kept ourselves busy," I said.
"So what do you want to do before dinner?" AJ asked playing with my hair.
"I want to sit here with you and cuddle," I said putting my head on his shoulder.
"Sounds good."
"You guys want to be alone or something?" Nick asked making a face.
"Well we wouldn't mind..." then the phone rang. "Damn it I'm not going anywhere!" A.J said walking over to the phone. "Hello? Oh yeah she's here. It's for you babe."
I had a feeling I knew who it was. "Hello?" I asked. I was right. It was Nathan again.
"I forgot to tell you something," he said excitedly. "I'm getting married next month!"
"Oh, uh...well...that's, uh...great!" Getting married he was only 20 years old!
"Yeah. I can't believe I forgot to tell you! I guess I was just worried about you being in New York with a Backstreet Boys and all. So what do you think?"
"Nathan, how long have you known this girl? I don't even know her name."
"That's because I've only known her for a month but she's great!"
Now it was my turn to interrogate him. "Do you love her Nathan?"
"Of course! That's why I'm marrying her!"
"You really, really love her? Enough to marry her?"
"Well, yeah. I think I do. I mean I do love her."
"Nathan maybe you should wait..."
"Don't try to tell me what to do! You're the one who ran off to New York with some guy you barely know. So don't try to tell me anything!"
"I didn't mean it like that...Nathan!" but he had already hung up.
"What was that all about?" A.J asked.
"Oh, nothing. Just my fiiend, he...never mind." I didn't feel like talking about it right at that moment.
"Okay," A.J said. "So we have an hour before dinner. You still want to do some cuddling?"
I smiled, "Of course."
Vanessa and Nick went to their room to clean themselves up for dinner. I looked at the phone Nathan wasn't calling back to tell me we forgot to say 'I love you'. I wished I had kept my big mouth shut.

We had a great time at dinner. I got so many great presents. Vanessa and Nick got me a cell phone. "We figured since you were the only one who didn't have one we'd get you one," Nick said.
"Yeah then you and AJ can always be in touch!" Vanessa said and laughed. When we got back to the hotel AJ hurried and changed and left for the radio station Vanessa and I were alone again.

At about 8:30 AJ called and suggested Vanessa and I go to a movie since him and Nick didn't look like they'd be back anytime soon. So we did.
"I'm just going to go straight to my room," Vanessa said after we got back from the movie.
"Alright goodnight." When I went into my room I could tell AJ was already there. I knew this because he had candles lit everywhere and soft music playing. On the bed was a roses scattered everywhere. The balcony doors were open and could see AJ out there in a chair. I went out and he looked up and motioned for me to sit down with him.
"Look at all the lights you can see from up here," he said putting his arms around my waist I leaned back against him. It was very romantic. "I hope you had a good birthday," he kissed my cheek.
"It was wonderful. Thank you," I said as he kissed my neck. "I don't think it could be any better than this."
He nibbled my ear and whispered, "I think it can be." He stood up and held his hand out to me and led me back into the room. He was right.

The next day the guys only had a photo shoot early that morning. AJ was back by 10:30. Nick and Vanessa joined us for a room service breakfast.
"Hey what's up with all these burnt out candles and these roses all over the floor?" Nick asked. "Wait...I don't want to know."
We all ate and had a nice breakfast. Little did I know it wasn't going to last.
The phone rang.
"AAHHH!" AJ yelled. "I hate that phone I'm going to kick it!" We all laughed at his temper towards the phone.
"Hello? Oh sure here she is," he handed me the phone. "Some lady," he shrugged.
"Hello? Oh hi Mrs. Olsen!" I said happy to hear from Nathan's mom.
"Angela. It's Nathan," she sniffled and my heart dropped. "He's been in a terrible accident and he's in the hospital. He's unconscious right now but when he came around a few hours ago he was asking for you. He's been slipping in and out of consciousness."
"Don't worry I'm on my way."
