Don't believe everything you read . . .
Dana suddenly jumped up and ran to the wastebasket, from which she plucked the crupled issure of NEWS2US. "Oh, I've wanted to see this, but I just haven't been able to find a copy anywhere." Dana smoothed down the cover. "It was all sold out. I guess this was a popular issue."
"Look, Dana, I've already read the article. If you want the magazine, take it with you."
Dana turned the pages as if she hadn't heard a word that Tom had said. "Wow, they sure make a good-looking couple, don't they?" She held the magazine out at arm's length so that Tom was forced to look at the picture. "They really look as if they belong together. They're both so blond and blue-eyed." Dana made blond and blue-eyed sound like boring and dull. "Of course some people would say we make a stunning couple too, Tom. We're both so dark and mysterious looking." Dana ran a hand playfully through Tom's hair.
Tom hardly noticed. He was completely fixated on the picture. Dana's right. They do look like the perfect couple. Did we ever look that right together?
