I'm learning something new everyday. I have just figured out how to add new enteries to my blog!
I was wondering if anyone out there has any info or interest in geriatric nursing with specialization in treating psychiatric issues within the population.
I am 43 years old and due to (finally)graduate from a BSN program this Christmas... I am toying around with the idea of applying for the Master's program within that speciality. If anyone has any advice or sites that I should visit that pertain within that area or if you even need to bounce some ideas around for your career choices let me know... I have been an LPN since 1989, and have substantial experience with Med-Surg Nursing and Hospice Care. I am interested in improving care for clients that in the process of death and dying... It sounds grim but it is something that I feel I've been drawn to do within my career. Later...
