Pasta with Meatless Meatballs:
Ingredients:
1. 2 1/2 cups Pasta
2. 2 cups Meatless Meatballs (about 10 balls)
3. 2 cupsPasta Sauce
4. 8-10 cups Water (from the tap is fine)
Yields: 2-4 servings
Fill a big pot with about 8 cups of water.
Put it on high heat and wait for it to boil. This will take from 15-20 minutes.
Measure 2 ½ cups of pasta. When the water is boiling put in the pasta. Stir occasionally so the pasta won’t stick. Let cook for 10-15 minutes.
Now measure the pasta sauce and meatless balls. Then pour them in another pan. Put put the pan on medium high heat. Cover it with a lid so the sauce won’t splatter. Let cook for about 10 minutes or until meatless balls are hot.
When the pasta is done drain it with a colander or a slotted spoon.
Dish out the pasta then our the sauce and meatless balls over the pasta.
Voilà! A vegan meal fit for a bohemian.
