JOHN GIBSON
John Gibson was born in Nashville, Tn. to a musical family that began his natural feel and love for country music.
As the years went by John started branching out into other styles ranging from 50's Rock and Roll, the British Invasion, Rock, Blues and Jazz.
In 1978 John teamed up with a band in the Los Angeles area, named Jackson Station. Where he released two single records entitled "Nothing Less Than Me" and "Lonely Man" that received a great deal of air play and opened doors to larger venues. He has performed around Nashville, Chicago, Detroit. He also performed all over the midwest, having the opportunity to open shows for a number of national and international celebrities. These include Ray Charles, Frank Sinatra Jr., Rick Nelson, Chubby Checker, Alice Cooper, Freddy Fender, Collin Ray, Three Dog Night and many others.
In 1993, John started playing in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Four years ago teamed up with Surefire as their bass player and backup/lead vocalist. He has been enjoying the talent, versatility and experience of the other players in this band sharing local success ever since.
