  • 1 tsp. Ground Cumin (Pisa Zeera)
  • 1 tsp. Ground Coriander (Pisa Dhania)
  • 1 tsp. Ground Black Salt (Kaala Namak)
  • tsp. Ground Ginger (Adrak)
  • tsp. Ground Black Peppers (Kaali Mirch)
  • tsp. Salt
  • tsp. Red Peppers
  • 2 tbsp. Dried Mango Powder (Aamchoor)

  1. Combine all ingredients. If necessary, use a mortar and pestle to grind out any lumps. Store air-tight until ready to use.
