Super SOldier Number One was, by far, the sweetest, most lovable soldier in that super-secret ant-hill he called home. He was the first applicant to recieve "the treatment" to become a Stealth Soldier. For about two weeks he was transormed from the highest ranking standard super soldier into Super Soldier Chameleo. But the transformation never stuck. He reverted back to standard super soldier form but retained the added strength and healing attributes of the Chameleo model.
I don't know much else about One besides the fact that he was the most decorated Super Soldier before Chameleo came along and that he suffers from acrophobia (fear of heights).
