Mount Savage Military Facility was a product of the Cold War of the mid twentieth century. It's original purpose was to be a safe haven for military command and high ranking government officials. Even during the Cold War the facility began housing top secret experiments. Once the threat of nuclear obliteration retreated, the facility stepped up their research and development program(s) and sunk deeper and deeper into "Level 7" secrecy. |
