Not much can be said for Kammy. Her paper trail leads in circles even before she was selected for her super soldier treatments.
She was the second successful Stealth Soldier. Her stealthmode, albeit dwarfed by later models, was leaps and bounds over Chameleo's. Her stealth mode enables her to change the color of anything within inches of her skin. Unlike Chameleo, she is able to form complex patterns such as brick and grass textures as well as animate them.
Kammy has grown affections for GreyShadow. I suspect that she's more attracted to his power than his personality.
