Doctor Randolph Langstrum is a too much of a mystery to me. I kind of wish that I had taken him up on some of those lunches he always offered me just so that I wouldn't draw such a blank when it came time to record these profiles. All I know is the basics...
Citizen of Germany. But no one seems to know where he was born or even how old he is. I'm guessing early fifties. The man would always speak of World War 2 like he lived his adolesensce then. He did some work with the German military but we don't know for how long, just that he was honorably discharged on February 6, 1978!
He's male (as far as I can tell) and never speaks of a wife or children. I think he's only once spoken of his father and mentioned his mother (Vidalia?).
Nevertheless, he is as brilliant as he is mysterious. He is the brains behind the entire Mt. Savage experimental science operations. He single-handedly (or is creditted anyways) created the super soldier serum, stealth treatments, and holds patents to dozens of cybernetic and robotic inventions, the likes the world has never dreamed of yet. Now that I think of it, he was always tinkering on machines when he wasn't doing his job.
