The one who calls himself Commander is a man driven by his imagination.
Chuck Decker is a career military man. He lied about his age and entered the Marines at the age of seventeen so he could help with the efforts in Vietnam. He was in Vietnam for two and a half years and earned a position with a Special Forces team codenamed "Black Piston".
From there, the specifics of his career are unclear; most of it remains classified to this day.
Even though his career began early on, Decker married later on in 1983 to Gezabelle Miller who gave birth to their daughter Gale in 1985. Decker retired at the age of thirty five in 1988. His mind never could escape the battlefield. --MORE LATER
