Penguin Knight:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card is sent directly from the deck to the graveyard, move all of your graveyard cards and shuffle.
Ok, first of all, how many cards put a card straight from the deck to the Grave? The only playable one so far is Don Zaloog, and that's an ultra rare.
Rating:0.5/10

Horn Of Light:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: Increase a monster's defense by 800 points, you may pay 500 life points to put this card on the top of your deck.
Hey who plays defense anyway? A: Stall and Burn. Do any of these decks use this no. Why? Too many monster removal cards. 800 more defense does not matter.
Rating:3/10

Malevolent Nuzzler:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: Increase a selected monster's ATK by 700 points. You may pay 500 life points to put this on top of your deck.
Unlike Sword of Deep-Seated, you may choose to put it on the top of your deck. 700 boost and no drawback. Who wouldn't like this card?
Rating:6/10

Electric Snake:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card is sent directly from your hand to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect, you may draw 2 cards.
Okay, at least there's better chance that this card will be sent to the graveyard than Penguin Knight, but still, use a Pot of Greed instead.
Rating:2/10

Minar:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card is sent directly from your hand to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's life points.
Worse than Electric Snake because 1000 life points will not matter much at all.
Rating:1.5/10

Griggle:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When control shifts to your opponent, you gain 3000 life points.
Since there's creature Swap now, this card has a good combo but otherwise, how much of a chance is there that your opponent uses a Change of Heart on this card?
Rating:1/10

Weather Report:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Just metion 2 sentences cause the effect is so long. FLIP: Destroy a Swords of Revealing Light. If you destroy it, you may perform your battle phase 2 times next turn.
Why not just use De-Spell instead of this?
Rating:1/10

Common Monsters:
Normal Monsters
Not that great but OK, I guess.
Rating:3.5/10

Gravekeeper's Servant:
Continuous Magic Card
Effect: Every time your opponent attacks with a monster, he/she discards the top card in their deck.
A maybe for Deckout decks. Out of date, but still OK.
Rating:3/10

Curse of Fiend:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Change the positions of all defense monsters into attack position, and vice-versa. The positions cannot be changed during the turn this card is activated.
Rating:4/10

Upstart Goblin:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Draw 1 card. Your opponent gains 1000 life points. The only good use of this card is to combo with Bad Reaction to Simochi. Otherwise why give your opponent free life?
Rating:1/10

Toll:
Continuous Magic Card
Effect: Every time a monster attacks, the owner of the card takes 500 points of damage.
I do not get why people don't use this card. If I had it, I'd make a burn deck!
Rating:5.5/10

Final Destiny:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Discard 5 cards from your hand to the graveyard to destroy all the cards on the field.
When is it possible to have 5 cards in your hand? Pot of Greed, Graceful Charity and your opening hand that's it. I don't see much use for this card.
Rating:2/10

Chorus of Sanctuary:
Field Magic Card
Effect: Increase all the monsters on the field's defense points by 500.
I have this card and I'll put it in my burn deck, that is, when I get Toll..........
Rating:5.5/10

Ritual Magic Cards: Turtle Oath, Hamburger Recipe, Commencement Dance:
Ritual Magic Card
Effect: You may Ritual summon Crab Turtle/Hungry Hamburger/Performance of the Sword by offering from your field or your hand monsters level stars that equal 8/5/6 stars. Only playable one? Turtle Oath. Just Kidding. The only playable ritual magic is Curse of the Masked Beast.
Rating:1/10

Ritual Monsters: Performance of the Sword, Crap(I mean crap)Turtle, and Hungry Hamburger:
Normal Ritual Monsters
Effect: Same as Above, only opposite.
Look Above.
Rating:1/10

Darkness Approaches:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Discard 2 cards from your hand to flip a face up monster face down.
No that great at all. You can discard a Sinister Serpent and you only discard 1 card, but still not worth it to redo a flip effect.
Rating:3/10

Fairy's Hand Mirror:
Normal Trap Card
Effect: Switch your opponent's magic effect that designates 1 monster as a target to another target.
A pretty good card I suppose. You can use it when your opponent uses an equip, and switch it over to your monster.
Rating:4.5/10

Tailor of the Fickle:
Quick-Play Magic Card
Effect: When an equip card is activated, switch it to another correct target.
If you use this, why not have a Fairy's Hand Mirror instead? It's better cause it does not have to be correct and it effects all magics.
Rating:3.5/10

The Reliable Guardian:
Quick-Play Magic Card
Effect: Increase a monster's defense points by 700 points.
Good duelists do not need the ATK DEF point gaining cards like Rush Recklessly and this. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.
Rating:4/10

Chain Energy:
Continuous Magic Card
Effect: Both you and your opponent have to pay 500 life points to play or set a card.
Ok card for burns. Used wrong and it affects you too.
Rating:4/10

Eternal Rest:
Normal magic Card
Effect: Destroy all monsters that have equips on them that are on the field.
Not a bad card at all. Need one to put in my side deck.
Rating:5/10

Wall Shadow, Labryinth Wall, Magical Labryinth:
Effect Monster, Normal Monster, Normal Magic Card
Effect: You may special summon Wall Shadow by tributing Labryinth Wall equiped with a Magical Labryinth.
It would be fun to make a deck based on the Something brothers.. Ya know. Like having Gate Guardian, Shadow Ghoul, and these 3 cards, and of course the 3 pieces of Gate Guardian..... but it sure wouldn't be competitive....
rating:2/10

House of Adhesive Tape and Eatgaboon:
Normal Trap Card
Effect: Trap Hole except when a monster that has 500 DEF/ATK is summoned.
1 word. Useless.
Rating:0.5/10

Jigen Bakudan:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: FLIP: During your standby phase, tribute all the monsters on your side of the field to inflict direct damage equal to half of the tributed monsters ATK.
That the fact that this effect has to be activated during you standby, it will be probably destroyed by then. A good finishing blow, though.
Rating:2.5/10

Flash Assailant:
Normal Effect Monster
Effetc: Decrease the ATK and DEF of this card by 400 points for every card in your hand.
A very Underated Card. Comob with reverse trap and it's very good.
Rating:3.5/10

Dark Zebra:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: If this card is the only card in your control during your standby phase, this card is immediately placed in defense mode.
It says card so if you have a trap card that is on the field, this monster is placed in defense....that sucks....
Rating:1/10

Spear Cretin:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: FLIP: When this card is sent to the grave, both players may choose one monster from their grave and special summon it in face up ATK or Face down DEF.
It's just like a shallow Grave and Shallow Grave is a rare so what's not to like?
Rating:5.5/10

Boar Soldier:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: You can only flip summon this card. If this card is normal summoned, it is automatically destroyed. This monster's attack is decreased by 1000 points if there is a monster on your opponent's side of the field.
Completely useless. It will most likely to be attacked before it's flip summoned and there is probably a monster on our opponent's field.
Rating:0.5/10

Ceremonial Bell:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: As long as this card remains face up on the field, both players must show their hands to each other.
It's not that good, but it's still a underrated card. If you have no cards in your hand, you can look at your opponent's. If you can, you may find space for this in a poor man's light deck respectively.
Rating:3.5/10

Field Cards: Mystic Plasma Zone, Luminous Spark, etc.
Field Magic Card
Effect: Raises the ATK of all light/water/earth/dark/wind/fire types by 500 points. Decrease all light/dark/wind/earth/water/fire types defense by 400 points.
You need these cards(2)in a deck you're working, except for Legendary Fisherman, of course, since you need Umi.
Rating:5/10

Sonic Bird:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card is summoned, you may search for 1 ritual magic card from your deck and put it in your hand. The deck is then shuffled.
Cool looking Bird! You need this card if you're playing Relinquished or the Masked Beast.
Rating:4.5/10

Kotodama:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: As long as this card remains face up on the field, monsters of the same name cannot be on the at the same time (face down not included).
Bad Bad card. Used in the poor mans side deck respectively.
Rating:2/10

MRL Rares and Foils:

Relinquished:
Effect Ritual Monster
Effect: You may take on the ATK and DEF of 1 of your opponent's monsters on the field(face down is ATK 0/DEF 0) Treat the selected Monster as an equip magic card and equip it to Relinquished. You may use this effect once per turn and you can only have 1 monster equiped at a time. When your opponent's monster attacks with an attack higher than Relinquished, the equipped monster is destroyed instead. Any life point damage you recieve from the attacking monster when Relinquished si equipped is also inflicted at your opponent.
Whoa that was long! It's way better than those other rituals cause 1) It requires(most likely)a weak monster to tribute 2)Unlike the other rituals who do not have an effect. Many decks are based around this card and I have to comment " Why Not?"(Not good in Beatdowns!!)
Rating:5.5/10

Black Illusion Ritual:
Ritual Magic Card
Effect: Used to ritual summon Relinquished, then read latter of Hamburger, Sword, or Turtle.
You need it to summon Relinquished. That's the only use.
Rating:5.5/10

Toons: Toon Summoned Skull, Blue Eyes Toon Dragon, Manga Ryu-Ran, and Toon Mermaid:
Toon Monster
Effect: This card cannot be summoned unless Toon World is on the field. This card cannot attack on the turn it is summoned. This card is destroyed if Toon World is destroyed. If there is a Toon Monster on your opponent's side of the field, you must target that monster as the target for the attack. You have to pay 500 life points for this monster to attack.
OK, IMO, These toons are underrated. Everyone in my age says they suck cause you know, everything on the show sucks. They're wrong. I mean, it may take 1500 life points for a toon monster attack(price for Toon World and attacking.) but you get to direct!
Rating:4.5/10

Axe of Despair:
Equip Magic Card
Effetc: Increase a selected monster's attack power by 1000 points. You may offer 1 monster on the field to put this on top of your deck.
First things first. You have to offer monsters from your side, got it? It may say on the field but Upperdeck made a mistake(I believe). I guess it's Ok cause 1000 point boost was pretty good when only 4 sets were out. The maximum equip cards in your deck should be 2 so use Mage Power and UWS unless you're running an equip beatdown.
Rating:4.5/10

Black Pendant:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: Increase a selected monster's attack and defense power by 500 points. When this card is sent to the graveyard, inflict 500 points damage to your opponent's life points.
What a bad card! Very Overrated.Use Nuzzler intead if you run this. The farthest this card can go in your deck is the side deck for a finishing blow. 500 points is not much. A maybe in side decks of Burns.

Ameba:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Read Griggle only difference is that it inflicts 2000 life point damage to your opponent instead.
Read Griggle.
Rating:1/10

Spellbinding Circle:
Continuous Trap Card
Effect: Select 1 monster. As long as this card remains on the field, the selected monster cannot attack or change it's battle position except for the effect of a monster or a magic card. If the selected monster is destroyed, this card is destroyed. If the selected monster is tributed, This card is not destroyed.
I much prefer Nightmare Wheel since it has a Mask of Accursed effect too. A very Overrated card, though it sure looks cool.
Rating:4/10

Maha Vailo:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Increase this card's ATK by 500 points for each and every equip magic card equiped to this monster.
Though it's out of date, you know why I run 1 in my deck? It's because 1)It's from MRL and it's foil 2)I run 3 equips in my deck that can make the ATK power of this card to 5450. Pretty useful if you ask me.
Rating:5.5/10

Hiro's Shadow Scout:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: FLIP: Your opponent draws 3 cards from the top of their deck. Any magic cards out of the three are immediately sent to the graveyard and destroyed. The other cards are added to your opponent's hand.
I'll need 3 of these for my Stall/Deck Deplation deck. Very interesting effect and it's underrated. I much prefer Dark Scorpian Burglars which can take alot of magic cards from your opponent's deck with some equips.
Rating:4/10

Invader of the Throne:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: FLIP: Select one of your opponent's monsters and switch control of it with this card. This effect cannot be activated during a battle phase.
How lovely. You have to set and if you're lucky, your opponent will not attack it. Use this against a stall deck cause stalls never attack. But against beatdown, your opponent's trying to beat you down hard and fast, isn't he? Useless against beatdown since it cannot be activated during a battle phase.
Rating:4.5/10

Snatch Steal:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: Take control of one of your opponent's monsters and equip it with this card. Your opponent gains 1000 life points in his/her standby phase as long as this card remains equiped.
This card is most likely used as a COH since you don't really want your opponent to gain 1000 life, do you? Is Change of Heart good? Yes. Then is Snatch Steal good? Yes.
Rating:7.5/10

Confiscation:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Pay 1000 life points. Look at your opponent's hand and discard one card from his/her hand.
I once had this card when I traded my only Blue Eyes White Dragon for it. I then had it for a long time but then I got sick of seeing it and desperately traded it. ONly 1000 life points! So good and I traded it...*grumble*Effective against Exodia.
Rating:6.5/10

Deliquint Duo:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Pay 1000 life points. Randomly discard one card from your opponent's hand. Then your opponent selects one card from his/her hand and discards it.
I personally like Confiscation better. Ok let's compare them.
1)Confiscation: Pay 1000 life
1)Deliquint Duo: Pay 1000 life
Result: C:1 DD:1
2)Confiscation: Get to look at their hand then discard.
2)Deliquint Duo: Random Discard.
Result: C:3 DD:2
3)Confiscation:Discard 1 card
3)Deliquint Duo: Discard 2 cards
Result: C:4 DD:4
4)Confiscation: Super Rare, easier to get
4)Deliquint Duo: Ultra Rare, harder to get.
Final Results: C:6 DD:5
Still Effective against Exodia, though.
Rating:6/10
Mystical Space Typhoon:
Quick-Play Magic Card
Effect: Destroy 1 magic or trap card on the field.
I wanna have 3 of these but I can't create enough space ..................=( This card can even destroy Imperial Order, since it's a QUICKPLAY!
Rating:6.5/10

The Forceful Sentry:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Look at your opponent's hand and select 1 card and put it in the owner's deck. The deck is then shuffled.
One of the 3 hand depletion cards. Well all 3 are good but I think this is the best one cause you do not have to pay.
Rating:7/10

Giant Trunade:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Return all magic and trap cards on the field to the owner's hands.
I say this should just be a rare. Heavy Storm is better of course, but at least this card has some combos to it like use Swords of Revealing Light.
Rating:3.5/10

Painful Choice:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Choose 5 cards from your deck and show them to your opponent. Your opponent then chooses 1 card that goes to your hand. The other 4 cards are sent to the grave.
The Painful Choice and Backup Soldier combo has made Exodia easier. Otherwise, you can use this to thin out your deck. But if you have a Parshath, 2 Graceful Charities, Pot, Masked Sorcerer, and those other drawing cards, be careful cause you may deck out.
Rating:3.5/10

Horn of the Unicorn:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: Read Sword of Deep-Seated, only it's a 700 ATK DEF boost.
Read Sword of Deep-Seated.
Rating:2.5/10

Megamorph:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: If your life points are lower than your opponent's, Double the ATK of a selected monster. If you have more life than your opponent, divide the monster's ATK by 2.
Pretty good, a game finisher. You can also use this card like a Mirror Wall. A underrated card, i must say.
Rating:6.5/10

Toon World:
Continuous Magic Card
Effect: Pay 1000 life points to activate this card.
You need this to summon those toons. You need to run 3 of these in a toon deck. Be sure to pack Magic Jammers to protect it(Prohibition!)
Rating:5/10

Banisher of Light:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: As long as this card remains face up on the field, any card sent to the graveyard is removed from play.
2000 Defense does not last long on the field, since UWS and Mage Power are running around decks. Not much use, to be truthful.
Rating:4/10

Hyozanryu:
2100 attack 2800 defense. Level 7. This card is really crud cause Labryinth Walls are much better. 2 tributes for 2100 ATK and 2800 DEF is not worth it at all.
Rating:3/10

Cyber Jar:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: FLIP: Destroy all monsters on the field, then both players pick up(not draw)5 cards from the top of their decks. Show them to each other and immediately special summon any level 4 or lower monsters in either face up ATK position or Face down Down defense position.
You need this in all decks. I think it should be a super Rare cause it's so good. Saved me many times and I think the effect is so interesting!
Rating:7.5/10

Mystic Tomato, Flying Kamakiri #2, Shining Angel, Mother Grizzly, Giant Rat, and UFO Turtle:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When these cards are sent to the grave as a result of battle, you may select 1 wind/fire/water/earth/light/dark monster with an attack of 1500 or less from your deck and special summon it in face up attack position.
The only playable one IMO is Mystic Tomato, to get Exodia out(witch and sangan)
Rating:4.5/10

Karate Man:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Once per turn, you may double the ATK of this card. When you use this effect, this card is immediately destroyed at the end of the turn.
Well, of course you can use this effect to counter a 2000 and less attack, but still, thsi is crud, but it can attack under G bind.
Rating: 4/10

Messneger of Peace:
Continuous Magic Card
Effect: Pay 100 life points during each of your standby phases. All monsters with an attack power of 1500 or more cannot attack as long as this card remains face up on the field.
A staple in Stalls! Good against beatdown! Need I say more?
Rating:6.5/10

Senju of the Thousand Hands:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Read Sonic Bird, ewxept that you may find a Ritual Monster.
Read Sonic Bird
Rating:5.5/10

Giant Germ:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card is sent to the graveyard as a result of battle, inflict 500 points of damage, then you may search for cards of the same name and special summon them in Face down defense mode on the field.
I'll need 3 of these to take place my MOD. If a card makes it into my deck, it's gotta be good.
Rating:6.5/10

Nimble Momonga:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Read Above, only you increase your life by 1000 life.
A whooping 3000 life points+ if your opponent attacks these killer squirrels! I'm a fan of KSO(Killer Squirrels Online) and I just love to read their tourney reports about KILLER SQUIRRELS! So basically, I like squirrles =>
Rating:10/10(Yeah KILLER SQUIRRELS!)
