Monster with no Effects:
Normal Monsters
I guess these monsters are Okay... They have an average attack of about 1400(I think)
Rating:3/10

Big Eye:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: FLIP: You may look at the top 5 cards on the top of your deck and place them in any order you desire.
A good card. You may need it in an Exodia deck. A maybe in an Fiend/Dark Necrofear deck.
Rating:4/10

Blast Juggler:
Normal Effect Card
Effect: Sacrifice this face up card to destroy all monsters with an ATK of 1000 of less.
I think this card sucks. But it can be used in an sidedeck.
Rating:2/10

Block Attack:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Change 1 monster into defense mode.
Not that underrated, but it's still underated. You can easily destroy a monster with this card since nowadays, strong attackers have low defense. That's their weakness.
Rating: 4/10

Castle of Dark Illusions:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Increase all zombie type monsters ATK and DEF by 200 points. As lomg as this card remains face up on the field, increase all zombie types ATK and DEF by 200 points during each of your standby phases.
Now that Pharaonic Guardian is out, Which has a lot of zombies, perhaps this card will see some play, but still, in a normal deck, this card sucks like crud.
Rating: 2.5/10

Crass Clown:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card is changed from defense to attack mode, return 1 monster from the field to the owner's hand.
Good for clown control decks. Average Defense, can't stay on the field for long so why bother in a normal deck.
Rating: 3.5/10

Dragon Piper:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: FLIP: Destroy 1 Dragon Capture Jar on the field.
Only use in is a side deck of a dragon user.
Rating:2/10

Dream Clown
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When you switch this monster from attack to defense mode, destroy 1 monster on the field.
Very Impressive for clown control decks. Most Clown Control guys run 3 of these in their deck.
Rating: 5.5/10

Electric Lizard
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: The non- zombie monster that attacks this monster cannot attack on your opponent's next turn.
Uuuggghhhh............ A 1 turn Paralyzing Potion.
Rating: 1/10

Germ Infection:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: The ATK of a non Machine type decreases 300 points during each of his Standby Phases.
Wow!(sarcastic tone) what a great card, it decreases a monsters ATK by 300 each turn, how useful!
Rating:1/10

Insect Soldiers of the Sky:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When attacking a wind type monster, this creatures ATK is increased by 1000.
Hmm.... a bad card nonetheless, but maybe you can put it into your side deck against wind decks.
Rating:2/10

Jurai Gumo:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: It may be helpful when there were only 3 sets out but now, Goblins, Gemini, and Bazoos have taken over so who need's this card?
Rating:3.5/10

Fusions:
Normal Fusion Monsters
Like all fusions, these suck like crap.
Rating: 1.5/10

Direct Damage cards:Jinzo#7, Mystic Lamp, Rainbow Flower, Ooguchi
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: These cards can attack your opponent's life points directly.
The only playable one is Jinzo #7 since it has more attack than any of the other creatures. Now that Pahaonic Guardian is out, there's this card called Servant of the Something and it has 700 Attack and can attack life points directly. It has about 300 more attack power than these.
Rating:3.5/10

Mushroom Man#2: Normal Effect Monster
Effect: This card inflict 300 life points to the person who has this card on their side of the field during each of his/her standby phase. Control shifts to your opponent after you pay 500 life points
I don't get a use for this card. It can be easily tributed by your opponent and 300 life points per turn sucks.
Rating:1/10

Paralyzing Potion:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: A non machine type equiped with this card cannot attack.
Yuck this card sucks! Get Messenger of Peace or Gravity Bind if you use this card, for heaven's sake.
Rating:1/10

Tremendous Fire:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Inflict 500 damage to you and 1000 damage to your opponent.
A so-so card. If it's late in a duel and you have mre life poinst, you can win, otherwise, This card has no use, even in Burns.

Lava and Swamp Battleguard:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: If there is a SWAMP/LAVA Battleguard on your side of the field, increase this cards ATK and DEF by 500 points.
So what about these cards? They suck. Wow it's like not possible to get both of them out unless you're dueling a NOOB and still it's only 2300 and 2050 ATK power.
Rating: 1/10

Pumpking the King of Ghosts:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Basically, it gains ATK every turn if Castle of Dark Illusions is on the field.
Okay, 1800 ATK for 1 tribute, is that worth it? Even if Castle is on the field, it goes 1900,2000,2100,2200,2300. Wow.. 2300 ATK for 1 tribute plus you have to let it stay on the field.

Share the Pain:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Select 1 monster on your side of the field and offer it as a tribute, your opponent must then tribute one of his/her monsters on the field.
A very Underrated Card. This is just like an Exiled Force but it's a magic! I'm trying to get my hands on one....Grrrr....
Rating: 6/10

Ring of Magnetism:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: The monster equiped with this decreases its ATK, DEF by 500 points. All the Opponent's monsters must attack that monster.
OK you cannot, I repeat, CANNOT equip this on your opponent's monster. So after that, this card leads to 1 final Result. It sucks.
Rating:3/10

Soul Release:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Remove up to 5 cards from either graveyard.
Very effetient in side decks against Exodia.
Rating:4/10

Steel Scorpion:
Normal Effect Card
Effect: The monster attacking this card is destroyed during the end phase 3rd turn after attacking.
Okay 3 turns is way too long. You can easily pull a monster removal card during that time so This is crud.

Stim Pack:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: Increase a monster's ATK by 700 ponts. During each of your standby phases, decrease the monster's ATK by 300 points.
A Nuzzler that has a downside. You can maybe use this in a deck where you don't have good equips but this card is only used for 1 or 2 turns.

Sword of Deep-Seated:
Equip Magic Card
Effect: Increase a selected monster's ATK,DEF by 500 points. When this card is destroyed, put it on the top of your deck.
Very bad, I once was dumb enough to consider putting it into my deck. If it's destroyed and you have a clear field, you can't draw nothing but a sword.
Rating: 2.5/10

Tainted Wisdom:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this monster is changed from ATK to DEF mode, you may shuffle you deck.
So What if you get to shuffle your deck? Maybe you shoud add this card into your side deck in case you get a bad draw.....
Rating: 2/10

The Bistro Butcher:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card inflicts damage to your opponent, your opponent must draw 2 cards from the top oh her/his deck.
A maybe for a deck disruption deck, otherwise, why give your opponent free cards to work with?
Rating: 3/10

The Cheerful Coffin:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: You may discard up to 3 monsters from your hand to the grave.
It may be used for Dark Necrofear, but c'mon, there are much better cards to use to get out Dark Necrofear.
Rating: 1.5/10

The Immortal of Thunder:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: FLIP: You gain 3000 life points, when this card is sent to the graveyard, you lose 5000 life points.
Many of you who take a quick glance at this card will say you automatically lose 2000 life points and it sucks. But when you think about it, there are a lot of combos with this card.Refer to the Combos section.
Rating: 4/10

The Little Swordsman of Aile:
Noraml Effect Monster
Effect: Tribute a monster on your side of the field to increase this cards ATK and DEF by 700 until the end of the turn.
The end of the turn? 1400 ATK power? YUCK.
Rating:1/10

The Unhappy Maiden:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card is destroyed by battle, the battle phase for that turn ends immediately.
Whoo-Hoo this card is good, underrated card! Imagine you flip Cyber Jar. your opponent gets 5 monsters you have none. you have Maiden in your hand. Set it. Your opponent attacks and the other 4 cannot attack anymore! Isn't that sweet or what?
Rating: 5/10

Thunder Dragon:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Discard this from your hand to get 1 more Thunder Dragon to your hand.
Only use is to fuse for a Twin Headed Thunder Dragon, which isn't really good too.
Rating:0.5/10

Yado Karu:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card is changed from defense mode to Attack mode, you may put any number of cards from your hand to the bottom of your deck in any order you desire.
Why would want to place cards into the bottom of your deck anyway? Only decent thing about this card is its defense power.
Rating:1/10

MRD Rares and Foils:

Barrel Dragon:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Flip 3 coins. If 2 or more results are heads, destroy 1 of your opponent's monsters.
I personally want at least 2 of these but I only got 1. You can (if you're lucky)destroy 2 monsters in one turn or you can destroy 1 monster, then direct!
Rating: 7.5/10

Black Skull Dragon:
Normal Fusion Card
OK, at least this is the strongest fusion that's out so far so it gets a higher rating and the materials are easy to get.
Rating:4.5/10

Increase cards:Bladefly, Star Boy, Little Chimera, Milus Radiant, Hoshingnen, Witchs Apprentice
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Increase all face up wind/earth/light/dark/water/fire monsters ATK DEF by 500 points and decrease all earth/wind/light/dark/fire/water types by 500 points.
OK, these card is a staple in water/fire,etc decks, where you shouldn't pack more than 2, but other than that, you shouldn't use these cards.
Rating:4/10

Cannon Soldier:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: You can tribute 1 monster to inflict 500 life point damage to your oppponent's life points.
OK, a very staple in a burn deck and you should pack 3 of these in your deck. If you direct then launch all your monsters, you can easily win the duel.
Rating: 6/10

Change of Heart:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: You may control one of your opponent's monsters until the end of the turn.
Well, this is one of the Great 6 staples, so what's there not to like?
Rating: 8/10

Catapult Turtle:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: This monster is 1 tribute for 2000 defense. So what if you get to inflict 1500 with Blue-Eyes? I think cannon soldier is better cause it has fair statistics.
Rating: 3/10

Dark Elf:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: You have to pay 1000 life points to attack.
2000 damage to your opponent and 1000 damage to you, it's just like a Tremendous Fire upgraded. But Tremendous Fire sucks, so this sucks.
Rating:3/10

Elegant Egotist:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: If there is 1 or more Harpie Ladies on your side of the field, you may special Summon 1 Harpie Lady or Harpie Lady Sister from your deck or hand.
You need this if you're building a Harpie deck. But in casual play, people do not play Harpie Lady so don't use this even though it's a rare.
Rating:2/10

Fake Trap:
Normal Trap Card
Effect: When your opponent destroys 1 or more of your traps, destroy this as the trap card(s) instead.
If you use this card, get a Solemn Judgement/Seven Tools/Magic Jammer/Imperial Order/.
Rating: 2.5/10

Garnecia Elefantis:
2400 Attack 2000 Defense. Level 7.
Same stats as the almighty Red Eyes Black Dragon(yeah whatever) so it's 2 tributes, 2400 ATK power, bad bad card.
Rating: 2.5/10

Gate Gaurdian:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: You can only summon this card by offering Kazejin, Suijin, and Sanga of Thunder on the field as a tribute.
If you have this card, don't try to collect all the other pieces, just try to sell it. There is no possible way you can summon all 3 pieces on the field unless you use Ultimate Offering. Besides, 3750 ATK power isn't that great either.
Rating: 0.5/10

Harpie Lady Sisters:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: This card can only be Special Summoned by using the magic card Elegant Egotist.
Okay, same as Harpie Lady and Egotist, this card only fits in a Harpie Deck. Might as well sell it if you have it.
Rating: 2/10

Horn of Heaven:
Normal Trap Card
Effect: Offer one of your monsters as a tribute to negate the summon or Special Summon of a monster.
This card is so out of date. It's just like an Exiled Force except you can only activate it when a monster is summoned, so it's not that great.
Rating: 4.5/10

Great Moth:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: This card can only be special summoned by offering Petit Moth that has been equiped with a cocoon of Evolution.
Who'd put a Petit Moth and a Cocoon in their deck? A completely useless monster unless put in an insect deck.
Rating:1/10

Kazijin,Sanga of Thunder, Suijin:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Reduce the ATK of an opponent's montser attacking this card to 0. This effect can only be used once and the owner picks when to use this effect.
OK cards. Kazejin sucks cause it has the ATK power of Red Eyes. Suijin would be good if used with Legendary Ocean. It'd be 1 tribute and 2700 ATK!
Rating:5/10

Heavy Storm:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Destroy all magic and trap cards on the field.
I really need this or a Harpies Feather Duster in my deck. Not as good as Harpies Dust, but good just the same.
Rating: 7/10

Kuriboh:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Discard this from your hand to reduce battle damage done to you by 1 monster 0. This effect can only be activated in your opponent's battle phase.
Not bad but 1 monster's battle damage does not matter much.
Rating: 5.5/10

Masked Sorcerer:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card inflicts life point damage to your opponent, draw 1 card from the top of your deck.
Draw=Very Good. So basically, this card is good. But 900 ATK=NO DAMAGE
Rating:2.5/10

Magician of Faith:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: FLIP: Return 1 magic card from your Graveyard to your hand.
You can use COH, Monster Reborn, Raigeki 4 times if you run 3 of these in your deck. Wow.
Rating:6.5/10

Mirror Force:
Normal Trap Card
Effect: When your opponent attacks, negate it an ddestroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field that are in attack mode.
As I said before, this is the number 1 trap card ever, enough said about this card.
Rating:9.5/10

Mask of Darkness:
Normal Effect Monster Effect: FLIP: Refer to Magician of Faith, only You get back traps.
See Magician.
Rating:6.5/10

Magic Jammer:
Counter Trap Card
Effect: Discard 1 card from your hand to negate and destroy a magic card.
You can get this card easily from a starter deck. If you don't have an Imperial Order or a Solemn Judgement, use this card.
Rating:6/10

Muka Muka:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: For every card in your hand, increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 300 points.
Not that great but OK. Be careful of hand disruption cards like Deliquent Duo. You're left with a 600 ATK monster if they destroy your hand.
Rating:4.5/10

Princess of Tsurugi:
Normal Effecr Monster
Effect: FLIP: For every magic and trap card your opponent has on the field, inflict 500 points of direct damage.
Burn decks should pack 3 of these in their decks, that just shows you how good this card is since it's unlike Just Desserts where it's virtually impossible to get 5 monsters on the field.
Rating:5.5/10

Robbin' Goblin:
Continuous Trap Card
Effect: Every time you inflict damage to your oppponent, discard 1 card randomly from their hand.
A staple in Hand Disruption decks. I would say it'd go well in a normal deck too.
Rating:6/10

Sangan and Witch of the Black Forest:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: You may search through your deck for a monster with an attack of 1500 or less/ for a monster with a defense of 1500 or less and put in into your hand.
Everyone needs these cards in their deck to find some of their useful cards. I have a Sangan but I don't put it in my deck cause when I thought about it, it wasn't helping me at all. Staples in Exodia decks.
Rating:8.5/10

Summoned Skull:
2500 Attack, 1200 Defense. Level 6.
2500 Attack, can be searched by Witch of the Black forest, 1 tribute. What more do you need to know?
Rating:7.5/10

Shadow Ghoul:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: For every monster in your graveyard, increase the ATK of this monster by 100 points.
Okay, this card would be good when it's late in the duel and you should have around 10 monsters in your grave. That'd be 2600 ATK power. But if it's in the middle, around 5-7 should be in the grave. That's only a tiny 2300 ATK! IMO, this card sucks.
Rating:4/10

Seven Tools of the Bandit:
Counter Trap Card
Effect: Pay 1000 life points to negate and destroy an activation of a trap card.
Same as Magic Jammer, you can get this easily in a starter deck. If you're poor, then get this instead of Jinzo or Solemn Judgement.
Rating:6.5/10

Shield and Sword:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Change the ATK power into DEF power and vice-versa. This effect lasts for 1 turn only.
Okay, this works well if it were a quickplay....Then It'd be a poil and it'd be in my deck anyday...
Rating:4/10

Solemn Judgement:
Counter Trap Card
Effect: Pay half of your life points to negate and destroy a trap, magic, or a summon.
As I said before, the ability to negate traps, magic, and a summon is priceless. Too bad you have to pay half of your life points. CoOl...
Rating:8.5/10

Time Wizard:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: Flip a coin, call it. If you call it right, destroy all your opponents monsters, if you call it wrong, destroy all monsters on your side of the field. If you call it wrong, then inflict damage equal to half of the destroyed monsters on your side of the field divided by 2.
Just to let you guys know, I do not like chance cards, Time Wizard is no exception, so you know what I'll rate this card...POORLY! Also, you dumb Wizard, go crack yourself up cause I hate you! Go join the Humpdy Dumpdy fan club!*grumble* *grumble*
Rating:4/10

Tribute to the Doomed:
Normal Magic Card
Effect: Discard 1 card from your hand to destroy 1 monster on the field.
Okee-Dokee not that good but a monster removal card nonetheless but imagine this situation: "I use TTTD and discard-": Mwahahahaha! You emptied your hand! I can yata-lock yo-" "Mwahahaha! I discard my Sinister Serpent!"
Rating:5.5/10

White Magical Hat:
Normal Effect Monster
Effect: When this card inflicts damage to your opponent, discard 1 card from his/her hand.
Sorry but I need to go crap so let's just say ttthhiisss card is good*shiver*damn bye!
