Our ski facilities

The Kamview Nordic Centre is the hub of Big Thunder Nordic's Ski Club training. Kamview features great skiing and over 5.5 kms of well lit trails you can ski from the first light of day to 10 p.m. throughout most of the winter. A cozy chalet offers a comfortable place to warm up, enjoy a snack or place to meet your friends. The terrain at Kamview is the perfect place to practice technique and put in many memorable kilometers on the Lookout, Aspen, Poplar and Jackrabbit loops.

Lappe Ski Center

Lappe is host to several traditional events such as the Boxing Day Classic, the Lappe Invitational , a 24 relay event and a Run and Ski. It offers challenging terrain, night skiing, sauna, showers, and a fine Finnish cuisine on race days and most Saturdays. We have a friendly rivalry with members from Lappe Nordic which keeps us sharp.
