Both the Seller and the Purchaser Agree to the Following Conditions of this Agreement

1. The seller will provide the following Health Guarantee:

A. This kitten has a health guarantee for 72 hours to be free from infections and contagious diseases provided that the purchaser does not have any other pets in the house. This guarantee is valid only if the above kitten is found to be unhealthy by a licensed veterinarian (at the Purchasers' expense) and the Seller is notified within the 72 hours.

B. The Seller guarantees that this cat does not have FeLV, FIV, or FIP at the time of pickup.

C. If within two years, this kitten is found to have a fatal hereditary or congenital defect, the Seller will replace the cat with another kitten when the Seller receives proof of defect in the form of a complete necropsy report and full medical history from a licensed Veterinarian, providing that the Seller is still an active breeder.

D. If within two years, this kitten does not produce a live litter, the kitten will be replaced with a kitten of similiar or better quality if breeder is still active.

2. Breeding Restrictions:

A. This cat will not be bred to any other breed as an outcross including but not limited to solid ragdolls or ragamuffins.

B. All pets are to be spayed/neutered before papers will be given to buyer. Proof required.

3. The purchaser agrees to not sell, lease, or give away this kitten/cat to any pet shop, research laboratory or similiar facility. The purchaser will not relinquish this cat to any animal shelter.

4. The purchaser agrees to provide the above mentioned cat with a safe & loving home, including adequate nutrition, shelter, grooming, and medical care from a licensed veterinarian.

5. All warranties are VOID if this kitten is given a Feline Leukemia Vaccination (FeLV) or FIP Vaccination.

6. This kitten is not to be declawed and is not to be allowed to roam outdoors or the contract will be VOID.

7. The purchaser is responsible for all medical costs after the pick up date.

This is a legal and binding contract and I accept and agree to abide to the terms thereof:
