Isis is a Jackson Soloist. Just a cheap one from Japan or Korea probably. I played this guitar for a birthday party, and my friend liked it, so I gave it to him. He treats her well.

Isis was pretty much a stock guitar, but with replaced single coil pickups. They are now EMG's with a PA2 buffer. The PA2 allows you to mix active EMG stuff with passive pickups. The original single coils were so noisy that I just found them unusable. My other complaint about this guitar is the bridge. I had a real problem with hardtails at the time I had this guitar. I loved my whammy bars...lol

So, anyway, at my friend's birthday party in June of '98, I gave Isis away to him, and he's kept her nearly perfect.
