Analysis of Grower's Observations
Looking first at the grower-perceived primary limiting influences on crop yield, we see that only one perception bears any significant statistical relationship to crop yield: the perception that there were, in fact, no limiting factors. This certainly makes sense, and suggests that many growers probably have an accurate perception re: limiting factors.

Looking next at the grower-perceived secondary limiting influences on crop yield, we see that the perception of insufficient light intensity bears a significant statistical relationship to crop yield: the perception that there was insufficient light does, in fact, correlate with reduced crop yield. Interestingly, growers who tended to complain about pests/vermin actually show a statistically positive correlation with crop yield, indicating that their crop yields are possibly actually above average. However, we must await the final regression model in order to see if this phenomenon holds up.
