Analysis of Days Flowering
Days spent in flowering appear to have no statistically significant influence on crop yield. It is possible that yield is mostly influenced by how large the plants become during the growth phase, before flowering, and/or that most growers tend to follow similar rules about harvesting (e.g., examining trichome color/opacity and/or leaf yellowing), thus leading to too little statistical variation to allow a strong correlation to appear. Note, however, that although length of flowering time does not have any appreciable influence on crop yield (weight), it almost certainly does have a significant impact on the crop's potency and/or qualitative characteristics (buzz vs. couch lock). However, these characteristics of crop outcome are not captured in the YOR database.
