In a world full of greed
dishonesty and despair;
never lose faith,
God is there.

When you feel alone
and lose sight,
the devil's strong but he
won't win this fight!

God is there to guide
you through,
pray from the heart,
He has room for you.
Pray for forgiveness
and God to come to your heart
He'll guide you and show you
it's the right start!

God will help you
fight the temptation
but make the effort
and pray for salvation.
If you think you're lost,
you'll act like it to,
but when God's on your side
you'll feel brand new.

Things can get hard
and be pretty rough,
God is the answer
He'll make you rough.

No matter your trouble
or tribulation,
leave it to God and He'll
show you, your destination.

Imagine that there were no hunger
And everyone had something to eat
Imagine that there were no prejudice,
And everyone was treated sweet
Imagine that all the children
had a place to play,
Imagine all of their problems
just faded away,
Imagine that there were no diseases,
And everyone lived to grow old.
Imagine that there were no poor people.
And all the streets were paved with gold
Imagine that there were no drugs.
And all the needles disappeared.
Imagine in their places flowers bloomed,
And all the birds reappeared.
Imagine that there were no pollution,
And we could all just heal the world
Imagine that there were no sexist people.
That discriminated boy & girl
This is not a figment of my imagination,
I'm just speaking for my generation
I wish there was something I could do
Just to make my dream come true

I thought I'd write this poem down
to tell you how I feel

A smile cost nothing, but gives so much.
It enriches those who receive it, without making poorer those who give.
It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.
None is so rich or mighty that he can get along without it,
and none is so poor but that he can be made rich by it.
A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters goodwill in business,
and is the countersign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged,
sunshine to the sad, and it is nature's best antidote for trouble.
Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen,
for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away.
Some people are too tired to give you a smile.
Give them one of yours,
as none needs a smile so much
as he who has no more to give.

With You there is nothing I fear
With You my life is so clear
Through you Lord I know I can
I know because You are the great I AM
Help me each day to always stay ready
Through each hard time and trial help keep steady
Each and every day shine through me
Guide my life the way you want it to be
For You are the light of the world
King of all Kings and Lord of all Lords.
