Warmer day, but dull.
What a day! Fumihiko had to do a presentation today so he ended up staying up most of the night. I went to bed at 2:30, he woke me up around 3:30 doing something and then he finally came to bed at 5:40. He got just over two hours of sleep. Poor thing.
I on the other hand had my own adventure today. I had to go to the bank for my company. My co-worker wrote a note for the bank people and then I took it to the bank. Well, since I couldn't fill out the form for what I wanted they needed some stamps. I didn't bring them. I had to go back to the school, look for them, and then bring them back to the bank. The bank staff were really nice about everything so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. I found the stamps and then went back. At the bank I ended up waiting for about 15 minutes. All told, by the time I went back to the school, I'd been banking for an hour plus change. Yikes. Never again!
I only had two classes today as one of my students has gone off to Thailand to do some volunteering. The classes that I had went well, and I ended up talking about my lovely iPod in the last one. I even promised to bring it to work tomorrow to show it off! I'm crazy. Call me gadget girl!
Fumihiko had a drinking party tonight so I had to walk home. I didn't mind. I stopped off at the grocery store and the convenience store before I got home. I could walk home considerably slower than I did on the way to work.
Fumihiko is in pretty rough shape. He's quite inebriated and extremely tired. He was taking his bath a while ago and I think he fell asleep in the bathroom. He took so long I went looking for him. He has to work tomorrow too, so I hope he'll be okay in the morning.
Anyway, that's it for me. I've had a long day. Oh, before I go, I just want to mention that I started The Number One Ladies Detective Agency today (I think that's what it's called). It's really cute. It's set in Africa and is the story of a woman who opens a detective agency.
And so, Goodnight!
