October 30, 2001 - Tuesday
I wrote this entry a day late. Why? Because, when I came home on Tuesday night it
was already 11:00pm and after I had eaten supper and taken my bath it was quite late
and I wanted to spend some time with my husband. That's why.
I was busy on Tuesday, I had 6 lessons. I also got to meet a couple of students that
I hadn't met yet. That was nice. I did a lot of paperwork, and a bit of prep work
for today and future days. That never ends!
I guess I committed a faux pas at breakfast. My mother in law left me a cold fried
egg, which I didn't eat. Those of you who really know me, know that I never eat
fried eggs. Yuck. In fact, just looking at it on my plate gave me the shivers.
Fumihiko had to explain to her that I don't eat fried eggs.
For supper though, Fumihiko did make garlic toast, and he saved me some. It was very
good, but even though I did brush my teeth last night, I think I can still taste
it!
I have a busy day today too. Again, about 6 lessons, plus an interview. Oh dear.
I think that my cough is coming back, which is not what I want. I think I talked
too much yesterday, irritating my throat. At least that's my theory.
Anyway, I had better be off. I have to start living today's adventure. Bye!
