One Last Wish: Chapter 2
A couple of weeks later
A considerable amount of time had passed since that fateful day that Hope was told about her cancer. Even with her low chances of survival, she was willing to fight as hard as she could to beat the cancer. She got through most of her day of treatment watching her Nsync N the Mix video about 40 times a day.
Nsync's music and their dedication to their fans was part of what kept her going. She was still very much intent on meeting them. Even if it was her last wish.

The last day of the tour
"Good job at sound check guys. We'll see you tonight." Brent, the sound check guy said as they put their earpieces away.
"What are you guys planning on doing after tonight's show?" Lynn, Justin's mom asked as they stepped off the stage.
"I don't know about the rest of them but I'm going to SLEEP after the show. I've waited too long to be able to get home from a show and sleep in my own warm bed for once, and know that I'm not doing anymore shows soon." JC said dreamily.
"That's all you ever want to do JC. I'm going to party!" Joey said excitedly.
"Joey sweetie, it's not hard to figure that out. Your hairpractically gives your personality away. What does your mother think of your hair?" Lynn asked with a grin on her face.
"She says I look like Bozo the Clown." Joey said shamefully.
Lynn let out a little chuckle and gave him a little hug. "Well, if you guys want, you can have a little party for yourselves and maybe some friends tonight at our house."
Justin was excited and started acting childish, "oh yay! Party at my house!"
"Oh come down you!" Lynn said patting his shoulder.
"Hey you guys, we better get to that meet 'n greet before Riley yells at us. For the billionth time!" Lance said looking at his watch.
The guys agreed and they all said goodbye to Lynn. They made their way out of the arena and out to where the meet 'n greet was going to be.
About an hour later
"Hey guys." Riley, the bookings manager said when the five guys came up to her.
"Hey Riley." They all replyed at different times.
"I just wanted to tell you that before your little 2 week vacation, your going to be going to a local childrens hospital for some charity thing. So be up early tomorrow." She said looking at their tired faces.
"Wake up early? But Riley...this is the last day of the tour. Can't we go like in the afternoon?" JC said complaining.
"Sorry JC, you guys are spending the whole day there." She said with an evil smile.
"Wipe that smile of your face Riley." JC said sarcastically.
"Oh come on you guys. This is the last thing you have to do. Just one more day and then you'll have two weeks off. It's charity." Riley said pleadingly.
They all nodded their heads in dismay and the two parties parted their own ways.

(At the hospital that same day)
"Sweetheart. I have great news for you." Leigh said walking into Hope's hospital room.
Hope was just sitting there playing with her food with a bored face. "What kind of news?"
"Well, tomorrow, I was able to get the doctors to let you stay one more night." Leigh said once she sat on the side of the bed.
"MOM! I want to go already!" She complained.
"Wait a minute, there's more," she said giving Hope a look of warning for having an attitude.
"Oh joy..." she said sarcastically.
"Do you want to hear this or not young lady?" Leigh asked annoyed with Hope's sudden change of mood.
"Yes mother."
"Well, the reason I got you to stay one more night as because tomorrow Nsync is coming to visit the patients in the hospital for a charity benefit."
Hope's look of boredom quickly vanished and a smile lit up her face. "Are you serious? But how do you know that they are going to visit me out of hundreds other patients?"
"Don't woory. Your father is working on that."Leigh said reassuring her.
Hope began to rant and rave about how happy she was. It was unbelievable. It made her mother happy to know that she was happy for once. She wanted Hope to be happy. So that news made her extremely happy.

(The next day)
The last show had gone off without a hitch. It was no surprise that the guys were going to miss touring. But they were happy to have a litle vacation. They all were picked up at their homes by their bodyguards by 9am and were on their way to the hospital.
Once they got to the hospital, they were taken into the banquet hall to start off the day of activities. The president of the hospital introduced the guests of honor, Nsync, and talked a little bit about the benefit.
By noon time, the guys had had a little lunch and then were off to go see patients. At first they visited little kids in a group. But later on, they started to split up.
It seemed to be luck, that or destiny, but Hope practically fainted when Justin came into her room.
"Is it alright if I come and visit?" Justin said poking his head through the door.
"Ohmygod...your Justin Timberlake!" She said jumping off her bed.
"I am? Oh yeah huh? So is it alright if I come in and visit?" He asked once more.
"Of course it alright." She replyed excitedly.
"Thanks. So if you don't mind me asking, what are you in for?" Justin asked shyly.
"Oh,liver cancer." She answered sadly.
"Well hey...cheer up. That's why I'm here, to make you happy." He said with a big grin.
"Oh you've made me more than happy. You can't even begin to imagine. This is a dream come true." She said dreamily.
Justin liked this girl. She had a spark of life in her, even though she knew she physically didn't have much left in her. It was kinda inspiring to him. "Well I'm glad I could do that for you. I'm sorry, you know my name but I don't know yours."
"It's Hope. My name is Hope."
"I like that name. It's unique. Well nice to meet you Hope," Justin said holding his hand out.
Hope was about to die when he even put his hand out in front of her. She was about to shake it went her put his hand back on his lap and spoke again, "oh come on and gimme a hug."
Justin reached over the bed and gave Hope a hug. She wasn't very prepared to enjoy the moment, but she did all in all.
"I think I'm going to faint." She said once he let her go.
"Oh don't go and do that. I still want to get to know you." He answered jokingly.
Hope giggled at his little joke. She couldn't believe that Justin Timberlake, of Nsync, wanted to get to know HER. An almost normal teenager, with a fatal cancer. He wanted to get to know someone like her. It made her feel so special.
The two of them sat there for about half an hour until the benefit cordinator came in and told Justin that it was time for him to go see some other patients.
"Well, it was nice meeting you Hope. I hope we can stay in touch." Justin said as he got off the bed and hugged her once more.
"Well, you have my number. You can call me ANYTIME!" she said grinning.
"I promise I'll do that." He said as he walked out.
At the moment the door closed, Hope fell straight on her bed in amazement. She had just had half an hour to talk to the guy of her dreams. It was a wish come true. But what she didn't know was that her little piece of heaven wasn't going to end soon.
