Incredibly Easy and Delicious Cobbler
Open two cans of Comstock's Blueberry Pie Filling
Spread in ungreased 13"x9" pan and dot with butter.
Mix topping: One cup flour; One cup sugar; One teaspoon baking powder; Three-quarter teaspoon salt; Mix well.
Add one egg and stir well.
Spread or sprinkle evenly over blueberry filling. Melt one-half cup butter or margarine and drizzle over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Quiche
1. One cup grated cheese
One-half onion, chopped
Bacon bits, chopped spinach, mushrooms, salsa, ham, olives, whatever you want to throw in
Pour above ingredients into a greased pie plate (#10)
2. Beat together: Three eggs
Three-quarter cup Bisquick mix
One-and-one-half cups milk
One-half teaspoon salt
One-half teaspoon pepper
Pour mixture #2 over #1 ingredients
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown on top
Serve with biscuits and fresh fruit....Yummy!!

Five Cup Salad
One can crushed pineapple (drained)
One can mandarin oranges (drained)
One cup tiny marshmallows
One cup shredded cocoanut
One cup sour cream
Mix and chill

Cheddar Garlic Biscuits
Two cups Bisquick
Two-thirds cup milk
One-half cup shredded cheddar
Two tablespoons melted butter
One-eighth teaspoon garlic powder
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix first 3 ingredients to form soft dough. Drop by 9 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Mix butter and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits

Magic Cookie Squares
One-half cup margarine
One-and-one-half cup graham cracker crumbs
One can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
One six-ounce package chocolate chips
One cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt margarine in 13"x9" pan in oven. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over margarine. Pour Eagle Brand evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients, press down.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before cutting.
Great for potlucks!
