 ERGON Sales Channel

We are promoting ergon through various channel throughout india and abroad

1. Resellers: They act as our sales agent. We plan to appoint as many as 10 to 50 resellers in every city depending upon the size of the territory as well as the market potential therein.

Resellers will get:
· Market support (general brand promotion benefits)
· Published material(pumphlets enquiry forms etc.)
· Technical support( for 90% possitive references only)

Obligations of resellers will be:
· Full deal from start of the order to implementation
· Full collection of amount (by cheque/ draft in favour of CA)
· Undertaking to keep secrets intact
· Other terms and conditions as per negotiations

2. Dealers: They will act as our direct Sales Associates(DSA). They will have to first get registered with the company as per terms and condition governed by the company management.
Others terms and conditions are as:
· Marketing support (brand promotion benefits, company logo and benefits of company affiliates, listing of name in every sales advertising of particular region, regional references support etc.)
· Published materials
· Technical support (under the company employees only)
· Others terms and conditions as per negotiations.

3. Affiliates: they will act as marketing franchisee of the company. They will be a separate company or firm affiliated with CA. They will coordinate and control the resellers, dealers, associates as per terms and conditions of negotiations. They will be responsible for promotional activities of their territory.
Others terms and conditions are as:
· Marketing support (brand promotion benefits, company logo and benefits of company affiliates, listing of name in every sales advertising of particular region, regional references support, marketing event support, sales team training , etc.)
· Published materials
· Technical support (under the company employees only)
· Managerial support( all deptts.)
· Others terms and conditions as per negotiations.

4. Associates: They will act as direct marketing associates(DMA) of the company. They will also first have to register with the company. Besides their own marketing activities, they will also control the dealers as well as resellers of their territory. They will be closely working with the company to generate new marketing strategies.
Others terms and conditions are as:
· Marketing support (brand promotion benefits, company logo and benefits of company affiliates, listing of name in every sales advertising of particular region, regional references support, marketing event support, etc.)
· Published materials
· Technical support (under the company employees only)
· Managerial support( all deptts.)
· Others terms and conditions as per negotiations.

5. Channel Affiliates: They will act as master franchisee of the company. They will be controlling entire marketing division( like north, south, east west and central divisions). There will be only one master franchisee in a marketing division. They will have to coordinate and control the entire sales network under their belt as per terms and conditions of negotiations. They will be closely working with the company for product development throughout the country.
Others terms and conditions are as:
· Marketing support (brand promotion benefits, company logo and benefits of company affiliates, listing of name(display type) in every sales advertising of whole country and full display advertisements in the assigned division, regional references support, marketing event support, sales team training, company marketing professionals support ( above territory manager level) etc.)
· Published materials
· Technical support (under the company employees as well as support to affiliates' employees for report level customizations of the softwares.)
· Managerial support( all deptts.)
· Others terms and conditions as per negotiations.

6. Channel Associates :
