Well, the new CD KICKS ASS!!! I can't even think of
any words to explain it, just that you should go AND
GET IT RIGHT NOW! I've made some updates to the site..
I've put up a Spiritual Machines section
that you can go check out. It also includes lyrics and such.
I'm also working on a 'My View' page for it.
Anyway, check out the new CD ASAP, and visit olp.com it's
been updated to include A LOT of Eli Goldsmith's
artwork. It's a real cool site. ALSO, "In Repair" is
climbing up the charts! Check out the MM
countdown they're racing up that too!

AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! (thats my excited
scream!) In less than a month, OLP's new album will be
in stores. December 12th is the release date, and get
to the store THAT day, because there's a limited
edition CD cover. You'll be as happy as I am(i'm sure)
to know that this CD will also be "enhanced".
Spiritual Machines is meant to be a 'concept'
record. You can read OLP's explination of that idea at
 the chart page.

Phew! Thats a lot of news, and I'm sure in the days to
come there will be a lot more.
Ourladypeace.com and Chart magazine are doing a great job of covering the new album.
check out those sites too!!

Sorry about the lack of updates. I moved (AGAIN) this time to a different
province. Instead of being an Edmonton, Alberta girl, I am now a Burnaby,
BC girl. To be honest, it sucks. I'm finishing grade 12 in a brand new
school, and I have no friends...this for a person who is used to
partying not only on week-ends but on week-days now has no friends. I
feel like such a loser. Oh well, I suppose it will give me a lot of
extra time to fix up the sight. I have a VERY important piece
of news, but first,
SUMMERSAULT ROCKED. I went by myself to the Vancouver date...that didn't
matter much, I had a great time, and I didn't have to deal with anybody-I
could do what I want whenever I wanted. If anyone saw me, I was wearing a
blue hawaiian skirt, and a white tanktop, and i had 'CC' and 'TH' written
on my hands. I was in the mosh pit a lot, and during the OLP set, just as
I was about to get booted up to crowd-surf, my skirt fell off. Damn
embarrasing. Someone tossed it to me, but there was NO way I could get back
into it at the front of the pit, so I had to forsake the 'pressed against
the gate' position to walk out and tie up my skirt. I'm sure everyone had
a good laugh at me walking out in my tanktop and underwear. ANYWAYS...
OLP played 2 new songs at Summersault, 'Everyone's A Junkie', and 'Life'.
Both are amazing songs, and OLP must have some extra characteristic, because
even though they were brand new songs, the crowd was still singing along.
I have the lyrics up(i tried my best..) on my rare lyrics
page, and if you want to get a hold of any of the songs listed on that
page, you can download them from me through napster
my user name is whir420.
ALSO some HUGE news... OLP are releasing a BRAND NEW cd around Christmas
time. WHOOHOO! So 'Life' and 'Everyone's a Junkie' will probably be on it...
and HOPEFULLY, this will be the long-awaited CD with 'Trapeze' on it.
Anyways, thats all for now, and if anyone who reads this happens to
be in the Vancouver/Burnaby area, or goes to North Burnaby Secondary
School, man, I'd love to meet you. It just seems like there's a real lack
of OLP fans here. But then again, maybe it's just me.

OK, been a while again... we moved and lost the 'net
for a little while. :( oh well! i'm back and theres
tons of news to catch up on. "Theif" is being played
endlessly on the radio [my station anyways
(100.3 The Bear)]
and has also been added to the muchmusic
countdown. Summersault is also completely confirmed
and I'll post the tour dates soon on the tour page.
Hmmm... I think that's it... If I remember anything
else, i'll add it later!!

basically "end of the world". "is anybody home" is one
